Ingrediente (pentru 4 portii):
50 g unt nesarat
o cepa medie, taiata felii
2 radacini de telina, taiate marunt, cubulete
3 linguri de faina
500 ml zeama de la o supa de pui preparata in prealabil
2 conserve de midii in suc proprii
250 g smantana
500 g cartofi maruntiti
sare si piper dupa gust
crutoane rumenite in unt
patru chifle mari cu rozmarin si ulei de masline
Incalzeste untul intr-o oala la foc mediu, adugand ceapa si telina si amestecand pana se obtine un sos omogen. Adauga faina, amestecand constant. Completeaza cu zeama de supa, sucul de la conservele de midii, smantana si cartofii. Continua sa amesteci, pana cand supa va capata consistenta unei creme.
Redu flacara si amesteca inca 20 de minute, pana cand cartofii se fierb. Adauga scoicile asezonate cu sare si piper si lasa-le sa fiarba aproximativ 2 minute.
Decupeaza cate un "capac" in fiecare chifla si, cu un cutit, scobeste interiorul, lasand suficient loc pe margini si la fund. Foloseste interiorul pentru a-l transforma in crutoane. Toarna supa fierbinte in fiecare coaja de paine si serveste cu crutoane crocante si busuioc. Pofta buna!
